Come and discover Fjords of Norway with Scanbalt Experience!
The landscape is truly unique - mighty fjords surrounded by majestic, snow-covered mountain peaks, wild waterfalls, and lush, green vegetation. The fjord area is like a great playground for those who are keen on outdoor activities, as well as for those who just love nature and picturesque sceneries.
Tour dates: 8-12 May 2019 (open 18th January)
Duration: 4 days/ 3 nights (1 night in Oslo, 2 nights in the Fjord area, 1 night on the bus)
Price: 280 EUR (with ESNcard); 290 Eur (without ESNcard) *ESNcards will be checked at the departure point

Oslo: Hostel with a central location, 6-8 bedrooms with own bathroom and mini-kitchen cooking gear can be rented from reception for deposit to use in the room, breakfast available for 110 NOK. Free wifi in the lobby.
Fjord area: Camping offers accommodation in cabins of different sizes. Shared kitchen with cooking gear. Free Wifi. Possibility to BBQ.
Note that this is a student tour. Non-students can join but they need to pay 25 EUR/per person extra! Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more details.
Day 1 Departure to Oslo
We meet at the departure point in the morning and jump on the bus. Take everything you need until arrival to Oslo inside the bus. The afternoon, we arrive at the capital of Norway, Oslo. In the evening, you will have free time to discover Oslo on your own. Those who would like to go out for a drink together, meet in front of the hostel (bring ID!).
Day 2, Oslo – Fjord area
In the morning we depart towards the Fjord area. Take everything that you need on the bus for the day. We will visit Flåm where you can board a boat for a cruise on the Sognefjord (Optional Activity). A narrow part of the fjord is called Nærøyfjord and is protected by UNESCO. You can also stay in Flåm and hang have a short hike there or visit local souvenir shops. After this we will depart for the camp, where we will spend two nights. The evening is free time to discover the area on your own. Later, we gather for barbeque (bring your own sausages).
Day 3, Fjord area
In the morning, those who booke a glacier hike, get ready for the adventure. Bring lunch pack with you and make sure you have a waterproof jacket and good shoes.
Those who stay in the camp area can join the tour guide for a hike in the area. In the evening it is also the possibility to barbecue, bring your own food.
Day 4, Fjord area-Oslo
After breakfast, we will depart back home. On the way, we visit the famous Borgund Stave Church and make a stop in Oslo.
Day 5, Return
In the eraly morning you will arrive back home.
