ESN Oslo would like to take to Sognefjord area, the deepest and largest fjord of Norway and its many branches. This area is full of mountains with waterfalls, spectacular views on the fjords and pure nature.
Get ready for few hikes taking you to interesting areas including Bøyabreen glacier view.

Day 1 Departure
Morning departure towards Laerdal – viewing stops on the way. Arrival to Borgund State Church, guided tour and time for a coffee/toilet. We have a short walk to Vindhellavegen which is an ancient travel road and to its viewing point. Arrival to Laerdal camp in the later afternoon and free time. Enjoy BBQ in the evening with a view of the fjord.
Day 2 Fjord area
In the morning, we go by bus towards Fjærland and see the Bøyabreen glacier and learn about this amazing natural sight in the Glacier Museum. Get ready for a short hike to the glacier and also by Fjærlandsfjord, a branch of Sognefjord. In the evening, time to explore the Laerdal area more, possibility to rent a bike, and have a BBQ or maybe a swim in the fjord?
Day 3 Fjord area – Oslo
Morning departure to Flåm, visit the town and hike around. Later on, we board a boat towards Gudvangen for the 2hrs ride through Nærøyfjord, another branch of Sognefjord.
Arrival to Oslo in the evening, we hope that you have wonderful memories of the lifetime with new friends.
