Day 1, Departure
We jump on the bus and start our journey from Aarhus in the evening We watch some movies while going through Denmark and we sleep on the way to Amsterdam.
Day 2, Arrival and Amsterdam city
Once we arrive in Amsterdam we have breakfast and leave our luggage to the hostel. After that we continue with a guided tour led by an experienced and highly knowledgeable local guide who can unwrap the city’s unique history and culture. After a city tour we check-in to our hostel and you’ll have some free time to explore the city and the museums (i.e. Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum, or Anne Frank House) as you choose. The ones who have booked will visit famous Heineken Factory Experience to sample Holland’s most famous export .
In the evening we get out and be in the party mood as we hit the city ready to explore what the eclectic nightlife in Amsterdam has to offer – vibrant streets, restaurants, clubs, coffee shops and the red light district.
Day 3 Amsterdam – Hague – Rotterdam – Amsterdam
After breakfast we depart for Dutch one of the most important port city – Rotterdam. On the way we pass by from Hague which is known for Dutch government, parliament and Supreme Court. After some photostops we proceed to Rotterdam. Rotterdam is known for the Erasmus University, its riverside setting, lively cultural life and maritime heritage. The near-complete destruction of the city centre in the World War II Rotterdam Blitz has resulted in a varied architectural landscape, including sky-scrapers, an uncommon sight in other Dutch cities. We will have a short city tour and then you will have free time to discover it on your own. In the evening we arrive back to Amsterdam and enjoy the night all together.
Day 4 Amsterdam-Hamburg -Aarhus
After breakfast you will have few hours to buy some last souvenirs and around 10:00 we start driving back home to Aarhus. On the way we pass some cities of Germany like Bremen and Hamburg, where we can have short breaks for lunch and photostops in Hamburg`s known sites. We arrive to Aarhus before midnight.
