DRESSING SUGGESTIONS:

Keeping the warm air around your body is what keeps you warm:

*Wear layers allowing air to circulate. Like wool or thermal underwear. Thicker wool, fleece or down layers and also a windproof outer layer (jacket and trousers).
*Hats and gloves/mittens are important. Mittens that don’t separate your fingers keep you warmer.
*Have spacious shoes so you can wear thick wool socks and still have plenty of space to wiggle your toes.
