Visa Info
To join this tour passengers need a visa unless you are one of the few nationalities that are exeptions. The passenger can organize a visa on his own or with help of Scanbalt. Visa cost depends on nationality.
Scanbalt can make visas only for those, who have booked before March 19th!
Price for visa incl. service fee:
EU countries, Norway, Switzerland, : 64 EUR
Japan, South Korea, China, Mexico: 68 EUR
Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan, Canada: 71 EUR
United Kingdom: 90 EUR
USA: 120 EUR
Other nationalities upon request.
For university groups in biggest cities, Scanbalt staff will organize a travel meeting to collect the passports of those who wish to make a visa through us. It will be held in the end of March. Exact dates and places will be announced via e-mail to those, who have booked. Please note, that you have to be without your passport up to 3-4 weeks, so you can't plan any other travels, that require passport, for that time.
Required visa application documents:
* passport, valid at least 6 months after the last day of the trip and with at least 2 free pages
* 1 completed and signed Russian tourist visa application (we will send you the application form)
* travel isurance
* 2 passport photos
Entry to Russia without a visa is possible for passport holders from: ARGENTINA, BRAZIL, TURKEY, THAILAND, HONG KONG S.A.R., CROATIA, SERBIA, VENEZUELA, ISRAEL, RUSSIA.
